To provide practical skills and theoritical legal education, the School of Law commits to preparing students to become accomplished servant and leaders, in the practice of law, the judiacry, public and community service.

Mission:

  1. Building access to high-legal education for people from a wide variety of backgrounds.

  2. Advancing the rule of law and justice for all.

  3. Preparing students to complete law education and complete successfully with others in law and jurisprudence.

Objectives:

  1. Curriculum Design: Develop a rigorous and relevant curriculum based on contemporary legal trends and social needs.

  2. Research Opportunities: Promote legal research that adds value to legal discourse and informs public policy. Encourage faculty and students to engage in legal research that contributes to the field and informs public policy.

  3. Interdisciplinary Learning: Provide an opportunity for interdisciplinary studies to draw from insights in politics, economics, and sociology among others.

  4. Networking and Career Development: Provide platform for the interaction with legal practitioners, alumni, and organization supporting student internship/job placement.

  5. Diversity and Inclusion: Encourage diversity amongst its student body and faculty members in an inclusive environment, which mirros society.

  6. Global Perspective: To orient students, with a global perspective of legal issues, to meet laws of international legal systems and cross border challenges.

  7. Continuing Education: Continuing legal education(CLE) programs will be offered for the benefit or practicing attornneys to enhance their legal development.
